Complete our referral form below so you can be entered.
Repairs must be performed by Kos’s Body Shop.
When repairs begin on the referred customers vehicle we will enter your name into the monthly $100 Gift Card Giveaway.
*All entered names will remain active in the giveaway drawing per calendar year, unless name is drawn and removed from the contest.
*One winner will be drawn and contacted the end of every month.
*The more people you refer to Kos’s Body Shop and they have their repairs performed by us - the more your named is entered!
