How long will the repair take to complete?
This is dependent on the complexity of the repairs. Once we have your vehicle at the shop our team performs the proper estimate and begins to communicate with the insurance agency. In addition, our parts department begins to analyze which parts will be needed and develops an estimated timeframe of completion based on availability of parts. We strive to keep you informed throughout the whole repair process so you are never left wondering when your vehicle will be completed.
Do You Have Rental Cars?
Yes, we have a fleet of 18 rental cars on site. Our goal is to make the repair process as streamlined as possible so offering our customers a on site rental car is one of the ways we set ourselves apart within our community. We work with your insurance agency during this process so you don't have to worry about finding a rental while your vehicle is getting repaired.
